Rain Recording Element X Debuts at CES 2009 in Las Vegas

Rain's Element X and LiveBook debut at CES with AMD and M-Audio.

Rain's latest super computer, Element X, will be on display this week at CES in Las Vegas. AMD will be demonstrating their new Dragon platform built into Element X along with a hybrid peltier + liquid cooling system.

Avid / M-Audio will also use Rain computers at CES. The M-Audio display will feature the new LiveBook Mobile Audio Workstation. LiveBook is newly redesigned with an aluminum body, Intel Centrino 2, and 15.4" high resolution display.

Both computers are designed to balance power and stability under the stress of audio and video production.
